I can't get through the credit card payment page

I am trying to pay to e-file my state return and the screens that show up to enter the information for payment or even login to mint don't look the same.  They look spoofed and they didn't operate smoothly like the turbo tax application.  I didn't feel comfortable putting my personal information into the screens.  I also did not want to pay the extra 39.99 to have it deducted from my return.
