For anyone new this year just stumbling upon this thread. "123 Main St" worked for me last year. *non shocked face* Had the exact same credit card issue this year. "123/1234 Main St" didn't work this year.  "Turbotax sucks" however did actually work.  It was a moment of frustration that turned into a solution.

Try disabling your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page.

Thank you for this!! 123 Main Street worked for me last year, but didn't work this year. I tried your solution and "Turbotax Ugh" worked. haha.

2024, same issues! I have spent over two hours with supports for nothing! They cannot resolve this issue. Almost gave up, then I found someone suggesting to put 123 main st then your city and state, it works! 😭 lifesaver thank you for such useful comments

Having this issue for the first time in 2024 (been using it for years)

customer support tried telling me it was an issue with my credit card. It’s not. I’ve been able to use it before and after trying to file. 

tried out putting “123 Main St” in the address field as suggested and it finally went through. What a headache. The turbotax team should remove the requirement of the billing address field altogether if it’s not needed and so error-prone.

"Turbotax Ugh" worked. Thank you! This is my third year in a row having to go through these weird billing addresses. No idea what the root cause is
