I bought TurboTax Prime from Costco today. How do I use it online? My Ipad doesnt recroginze the download.

Sorry--an iPad does not meet the system requirement for the desktop download software.   You need a full PC or Mac.   Unless you have that, return the desktop software and use online software instead.  You cannot use the license key to pay for online TT.
