Did you e-file any returns (even test returns)?

Did you purchase the software from Intuit or an authorized reseller?

Which tax year did you purchase? 

Only the 2021 TurboTax software can be used to e-file a 2021 tax return. 

The TurboTax software for prior tax years can only print and mail the prior year tax returns, they cannot be e-filed.

Where did you purchase the software?

Have you already used the 2021 software from a prior purchase and e-filed 5 tax returns?
