If you select the Transmit my return now button, and it doesn't seem to be working, the most likely source of the problem is “cookies,” little pieces of code that are sent to your browser so we can personalize your experience.

I am having the same problem. Getting a dialog box stating Tax year 2022 transmissions are not available. 

Turbo tax is not ready to process tax year 2022 for this return

Please clarify - are you getting this message when you're trying to file your federal or state return (and which state)?
