You can opt out of Self Employment Tax Deferral.

Try leaving Line 18 of the SE-T blank.

If this information is relayed to the IRS you could be making a false statement by entering $0. This issue needs to be fixed by the TurboTax team.

The self-employment tax deferral is an optional benefit.  You are not required to enter a dollar amount to defer at the screen Tell us how much you'd like to defer.

To qualify for the benefit, you must report a dollar amount as eligible income for the period for income earned for the period of March 27, 2020 through December 31, 2020 at the screen Let's start by getting your eligible income.

If you have employees, you can defer the 6.2% employer portion of Social Security tax for March 27, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Self-employed taxpayers can also postpone the payment of 50% of the Social Security portion of their self-employment tax for the same period.

This is a deferral rather than forgiveness, so those amounts will eventually need to be repaid. Half of the deferred amount is due on December 31, 2021, and the other half is due on December 31, 2022.
