Look on one of you old paycheck stubs.

It will be on the W2 you should have got in the mail. Actually it is just as fast and easy to manually enter the W2 yourself. Ask the employer for another copy. Or maybe they paid you as an independent contractor, not as an employee. Did they take taxes out of your pay?
