I am not able to file my tax so I need help with it

You can contact our customer service help lines directly to assist you or better to sign into the product you are using then do a  search for the contact us phone number.  You can also talk to an expert through TurboTax Online by clicking the Live Tax Advice icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Note the IRS is not accepting filed returns until February 12 so plenty of time to get your tax return completed.
