I am not able to e-file MN tax

I have run all error checks with NO errors showing.  Yet, I cannot e-file my MN State Return.  The only thing it says: "The Return is in a tax situation that does not allow me to e-file".  There are not further explanations or reason for why the return cannot be e-filed.

This error usually means that there is a required form that is not available yet for e-file.
