I also am locked out. I forgot my password and have used the option of having a code sent to my email and then to my cell phone and each time I enter the code into intuit I am told it is not correct. Very frustrating

You may need to use Account Recovery

my account is locked even after receiving a code and resetting my password. The timeout clock is not changing.

Tried to change password 11 times. now Im locked out for 60 minutes!!!!

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in.

  I have been with you since 2006.    I have had to change my password on 3/11 2020,  3/2/2021,  12/20/2021 and now again  you have locked me out-- Frustrating-- How do I open my acct to change again?

Changed password can't access my account. All I need to do is change my credit account number.
