I already own TurboTax Deluxe 2018. Can I do my 2019 taxes on it, or do I have to purchase the new 2019 version???

Tax law changes every year. You need the 2019 program to do 2019 taxes.

Each tax year is a separate TurboTax program.

Sorry you have to buy a new version each year or use the online web version.  Too many tax law changes to just update the old program.
