How can you change that you are not independent

Here is how you can remove a dependent from your TurboTax account:

1. While you are in your Tax Home,
2. Select Personal Info,
3. Select Review/Edit,
4. Scroll down until you see the dependent you want to remove,
5. Select the Trash Can next to the dependent you want to delete
