I've been using TurboTax for over a decade. If this had been my first year, I probably would not return to using TurboTax. The prompts were clunky and felt like they were written by AI. The constant push to upgrade which level I was using was frustrating. And, when I did make use of the forced "expert assist" (or did I misunderstand what the screen was saying? We file Sole Proprietor LLC taxes with our personal taxes and it seemed I couldn't do the 'do it all yourself' level any more.) the connection was bad and he couldn't answer my question! I just wanted to provide some feedback but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.

Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience. We encourage you to leave your notes and comments there. “Voice of the Customer” notes and comments are read and acted upon.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can also leave feedback at the Final Steps tab.
I finished filing my taxes on March 30th. Perhaps I was just all done messing with taxes at that point, but I didn't notice a pop-up asking for feedback. I also have not received an email asking for feedback. I did turn off marketing emails from TurboTax ages ago because they were relentless and I am not interested in other products. I utilize the online version of TurboTax. Please tell me how I can now provide feedback.

Well, let's just say that turbo tax has been ok. But still am unable to file. At the same time. I went to some other company and filed. Really easy. Still can't follow the 2024 because they asked for another 200 or something dollars. I paid it last time. Was not able to be helped with my taxes. Called this year and got nowhere. Just got off the phone with them asking for another $200 and something dollars. Which really makes no sense. Why do I have to pay again?
My experience and comments mesh with @curlygirlmom. As another long-time TurboTax User, I've seen my recommendations incorporated and have a few improvement ideas to contribute about TurboTax TY2025. But there was no survey, no email, etc from TT. And I don't do those Social Media thingies.
As a suggestion, remember that when people complete taxes and are ready to file, they file. It's a higher priority than taking a diversion to share comments and feedback. But we're blocked from adding comments once we file. How about providing access for entry of comments? That would benefit Users in current year so they could file. And then later add suggestions for TT Team to incorporate into next season's program.
