How to ignore state tax on a amended Federal tax return on TruboTax windows software?

I amended my 2020 taxes through turbo tax online software and it got rejected due below reason and now as per the turboTax online instruction, I have to download the TurboTax Desktop windows software to continue. Though I have to amend only federal return, Turbotax windows software asks me to download the state taxes which I do not need to amend. Also, it is asking me to pay $45 while I already paid those entire charges including states in 2020 . Is there a solution to ignore those state taxes and continue to amend with TurboTax Desktop windows software? What are the options for me?

Please let me know if you have an idea of this below reason received through TurboTax by email?
