Have you received an answer yet?
No answers from TurboTax but my return was finally accepted about 15 minutes ago, I did clear my history on TurboTax on my browser and re-signed on and then re-filed my state taxes and about two hours later they were accepted !!
In the same fix. I downloaded updates at 10:00 AM PST today (2/17/22) Using the desktop version I reviewed the Oregon forms, confirmed that i wanted my refund to be applied to 2022 estimated taxes and re-submitted. Rejected again. Does anyone have an idea of why—which form(s)—are not “final”?
RESOLUTION: I re-submitted and it was accepted.
Mine was just accepted after 3 rejections too! I had to delete my Oregon return, and re-do it completely and that seemed to be the fix.
it is crazy that we are literally having to self-troubleshoot this issue
Agreed, who has time for this run around? Seems that Oregon has taken out the "turbo". Please keep us posted with fixes that work. Going to shut it down until tomorrow morning and see if the system starts to work. Guess this is just one more reason why it is good to live in one of the few states that don't have state income taxes.
annayhixon - How did you delete only the Oregon Return. Did you also delete the Federal & put in all new as some info pulls from this for the Oregon Return. I have already paid $20 for the Oregon so do they charge another $20 if you delete & file again. Thank you for your help
Hi! Delete maybe wasn't the right word, rather I restarted it from scratch. I was able to do this after my Federal return was already accepted and the Oregon State return was "Rejected." When it is in the rejected stage, it is editable. You should be able to click on the "State" option on the left menu; and the option to edit, or start over should be there. When I selected to start over, it removed all the past info and reimported everything. The Federal was untouched and unchanged. And I was only charged once for Federal and State -- didn't matter that I had to try to submit the OR state 4 times! Hope that is helpful.
I talked to a representative this morning who said software bugs can sometimes be "cleared" if you delete the return (or start over) and re-do and re-submit.
It should not charge you again since it was rejected, I also did not have to start completely over I just re-filed what was already there and had been rejected previously and it finally accepted it this morning
Update: My second attempt today (4th overall) was a success and accepted. The only thing different I did was log out, clear cookies and cache, and refile. I doubt if that actually did anything... it was probably something on Turbo Tax's end that they're working on correcting. Hope everyone else is successful!
Same problem. Any resolution?
Thanks for everyone's help. I resubmitted after I used the start over and it was just now accepted.
Haamos, you must be using the website versus the CD/desktop program?
Using the CD/Desktop version. This was my 3rd attempt.
when you wrote start over, did you remove the state return and then started from scratch?
