How to enter Capital Loss Carryover when filing in new state

I have capital gain and capital loss carryover as a CA resident.  My spouse moved to work in another state WI for the full year. How do I enter capital loss carryover for the new sate.  For WI state return TurboTax is asking me to enter capital loss carryover form past year WI state return. We never had a WI state return. If I don't, I won't be able to offset the gain and end up paying extra tax. Can I simply enter the carryover from the CA state return ?

Please help me.
