How to attach an extra pdf form with the federal tax return using efile?

I need to attach a declaration pdf form with the federal tax return using e-file from turbo tax premier download app. How can I attach this pdf file?

Anyone knows how to do it?

you can't.  possibly use form 8453 to enable e-file and mail in the 8453 with approved forms. otherwise, it has to be mailed
