How many of you have been told that it's free only to get to the end, and they want 88.00 bucks? How many complaints did the BBB get about this? 355 pages, I have 1 too.

They are not accredited by the better Business Bureau, and I seem to be an idiot for using them for so long as a customer who has paid them over 125.00 a year to do simple tax returns. Now I have lung cancer owe the gov. 9.00 dollars no big deal. Turbo tax waited to the end to tell me I have to pay 88.00 bucks for my filling I don't have it. Thank you Turbo Tax for being such a good company...

When you were in the File section of the program on Step 1, you were shown the Order Summary. 

You could have removed any option shown and you could have also cleared the tax return and started over with a lower priced edition or you could have used another service.
