How do you receive this question when I am done typing

This was NOT my main question.  It was the question I asked when I did not get any notice that my first question to Community did not say we will get back to you or anything else like that.

DO I NEED TO REPOST TO COMMUNITY AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER AS YET?

I had to post my questions two times.  Received an answer to part of the question finally the last time.  I strongly feel when they tell you to sign the tax form they explain how AND where they tell you to attach or send the forms they specify what forms i.e., 1099-nec or w-2 or ?? many of us do not know what you have access to and now my refund is delayed.

Also, I still do not know why I owed the Federal tax $325 when my deductions were listed and when you finished without deductions and owed $0.  I am confused over that and never received an answer to that question.
