1098-T line 1 not correct

Correct.

You have the option to claim a dependent or not.

Yes, you can delete her information from the "Personal Info" section.

Yes, next year you can claim her if she meets the requirements.

No, this will have no effect on the 529 distribution, the withdrawal does not need to be made for a dependent. The withdrawal can be allocated to the student's expenses even if that student is not claimed as a dependent.

1098-T line 1 not correct

Thank you, as long as she is the beneficiary, the owner can withdraw from the 529 with no taxes due as long as the withdrawals don't exceed the qualified expenses for the year (including any expenses paid - or in our case, credited to her account, for a bill due for a semester starting before March 1 of the following year).  So I will go back in and delete her info that I just added back in.  I had saved a version named NoDependents but she (and her brother) were deleted from the original file too.  I don't remember that happening in TT before - in fact, in 2022 I thought I'd created a file for her taxes to show her how to do it, though we did the one free e-file with our return.
