Having difficulties when trying to report "Backdoor Roth" with my 1099-R. Didn't have any issues with it last year, is there a way to use last year's version?

I tried to recreate the issue but could not. It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2021" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:
