How do I transfer 2022 tax return from TurboTax download to online?

I have prepared my 2022 tax return on TurboTax download version but don't feel confident with it.  I would like to transfer it to the online version so I can get upgrade to have an expert to review.  Is that possible?  I called last week and the rep on the phone said it's possible, but because I didn't have my computer in front of me at the time, I wasn't able to do it with her on the phone with me.

Would love to get advice on how I can get expert help on my return, whether it be using the online version or some other way.

Sorry no that is not possible.  You can only move an online return to the Desktop program.  You can only TRANSFER a prior year Desktop return into the current year online version.  So 2021 into 2022.  

So to use the Online version you would have to start over and pay the Online fees.  You won't get any credit for buying the Desktop program.

And...the "Live" expert help is only available to users of the online "Live" versions.   If you do not want to go through the expense and aggravation of starting over using the online software, ask some specific questions here in the user forum.  We cannot see your return, but we can help with most questions.  What is it that you are not confident about?   Try asking here.
