Please clarify. What is the wording in the error message you are seeing? Typically when TurboTax directs the user back to a section, it is either a suggestion to "Check this entry" because it wasn't what the program expected, or it gives instructions to fix a particular entry and states the reason. For Social Security, if you entered a smaller amount than last year, the program might prompt you to review the entry.
Sometimes the program seems to be stuck in a loop. To resolve that issue, , try clearing your browser cache/cookies , logging out of TurboTax, restarting your device, and logging back in.
