How do i pay my state taxes due after filing for an extension to file?

States require a separate Extension, make sure you do that or you will be hit with interest and penalty

I am filing in Indiana, which to my understanding is automatically granted a state extension when filing a federal extension. I'm trying to figure out how to pay my state taxes due by the deadline. But everytime I go to pay my taxes turbotax is telling me it's time to file. But I can't file yet as I am still waiting on a k-1. Just need to pay state taxes due without actually filing yet. I have file for a federal extension which was accepted. But as I understand an extension to file is not and extension to pay what's due.
