By opening your email in a different tab. If you are using the TurboTax App, you may have to open your email on a different device.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

I've only got my phone, no other way to open my account when on this site...now what?
