I recommend entering the securities separate from the cryptocurrency.

For the Cryptocurrency portion, see How do I enter cryptocurrency in TurboTax Online? This is the place to upload your .csv file, but there is a limit of 2,000 transactions.

I am using the desktop version of TurboTax Premier 2019. Is there a way to upload the Robinhood Crypto 1099 csv file using the desktop software?

The Cryptocurrency import function is not available in TurboTax Desktop. You may be able to find a 3rd party's alternative way to import the csv file by doing an internet search.
