How do I file for my marital status if I signed a marriage license for March 8th but have not been married by a judge.

If you are legally married file married jointly. We can’t tell you if you are legally married.

Assuming you mean 3/08/2024, then Single. If you remained unmarried on December 31, 2023, then you were Single for all of 2023.
