How do i enter spouse's social security/ disability income on joint 2021 form. ?

The social security/ disability W2 does not have corresponding boxes to enter on turbo tax form..i.e. 'Box B.' It has numbered boxes, not lettered boxes.

It should be a SSA-1099. Delete it from the W2 area.

Try going to the search box and type in SSA-1099 or Social Security Benefits.  That will give you a Jump To link to take you directly to it.

OR

Enter a SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM or RRB-1099  under

Federal Taxes on the left side or top

Wages and Income

Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security

Then the second line - Social Security (SSA-1099. RRB-1099) - click the Start or Revisit  button

For 2021 Social Security is on line 6a and any taxable amount on 6b.

The form showing your spouse's Social Security disability benefits is not a W-2. It's a Form SSA-1099. To enter it in TurboTax, type ssa-1099 in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to ssa-1099." The screen for entering the information has two columns, one for you and one for your spouse. Be sure to enter your spouse's information in the correct column.
