Click on the Federal Taxes Tab, then click on Wages & Salaries. The W2 should come up with an option to edit.

If you have NOT e-filed yet, go to Federal>Wages & Income to edit a W-2.

What are you trying to edit? That is, most everything should be able to be edited once you have entered them into TurboTax.
