how do I apply part of 2023 refund on my 2024 return?

I applied $3000 of my 2023 refund to my 2024 estimated tax on my 2023 return (line 36). How do I get this amount to show up on my 2024 return (line 26)?

Go to deductions and credits
Estimates and other Taxes Paid.
Estimates
Federal Estimated Taxes for 2024
Enter the amount as a payment made on 04/15/2024.
