How can TurboTax claim 24/7 help, but never help? And are closed on 4-24-22 for a "holiday"???

The message on the phone prompt is incorrect.  TurboTax is closed on the weekends.  They will be open Monday thru Friday 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM PT
