If you've already filed and your return has been accepted (or mailed), it's too late to change your bank account for direct deposit.
If you transferred your info from last year's return, TurboTax may prompt you to deposit your tax refund into the same account you used last year. You can easily edit the account info you wish to transfer your money into before you file.
My previous bank changed over to a different bank this past weekend...meaning that my account number and routing number changed. I entered my member number instead of my account number by accident. What do I do from here? I just filed my taxes tonight and they are pending.

The IRS will issue you a paper check if the account number is invalid. But if your taxes are rejected, you can make the corrections.
