Unfortunately, the option for giving a date for the payment to be made only appears when you're in the filing process. Once you file your returns it cannot be retrieved and, as you noticed, it isn't listed anywhere in your return record copies.
All you can do now is try to remember what date you gave and check the account you setup to make the payment from after that date (note that some banks/credit cards may take 3-5 days for it to post).
BTW, TurboTax does not pay the state taxes. The payment account information is passed to your state's tax office and they submit for the payment.
TurboTax will not take money from your federal refund to pay thee state balance due. You must make the payment to the state yourself.
I wasn't expecting them to take money from my federal refund. I believe I chose the option to make a direct payment to the state from my bank account on a certain date. However, I can no longer find any information about that payment in my return PDF or on the TurboTax site.

Thanks. I believe the date I picked was April 15, so I guess I just have to wait a few more days.
TurboTax does not control when the state takes out your payment. The state controls that. And you might need to allow some time for it to post to your card account.
Funds are usually withdrawn on the payment date you select. However, during the busier season, there can be delays. If that date happens to fall on a weekend, the funds are typically withdrawn the next business day. If you still don't see the debit in your bank account 7–10 days after your return has been accepted contact your state Department of Revenue.
