How can I file when I can’t input my income? When I tap on the box, my page freezes, then the app crashes. Doesn’t matter how many times I restart or refresh.

Inputting info from box 1 on my W-2 will freeze the page, keyboard and all, the moment I tap on it. I’ve tried different ways to file, but get stuck each time I try to input my income.
