To complete and file a prior year (2020 thru 2022) tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year required from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A prior year tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax. Use a separate envelope for each tax year when mailing.
For a 2023 tax return you can e-file the return any time on or before October 15, 2024. After that date the 2023 return can only be printed and mailed.

@Fransflowers You mentioned that you expect refunds for all of those tax years. Just so you know this----it is too late to receive a refund for tax year 2020. Even if the tax form shows a refund, it has been forfeited and will not be paid to you by the IRS. It is not too late to receive refunds for 2021, 2022, or 2023. But only a 2023 return can be e-filed. The other returns have to be filed by mail. Do not combine those years in any way. Do not even put them in the same envelope when you mail them.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
