The income you receive as a caregiver for a family member is taxable income, but it is not subject to self-employment tax.  You will report the income on Form 1040 Schedule 1 line 8. 

To enter this income in TurboTax go to the Federal tab select Wages & Income scroll down to Less Common Income select Miscellaneous Income and then select other Reportable Income.
