Hey there! So I already filed my taxes, but the money hasn't been taken out for what I owe for federal yet. Anyone know why there would be a delay?

The money comes out of your account for what you owe when the IRS has accepted your return, so it might take a few days.

And....if you did not designate a date it defaults to tax filing deadline day--April 15, 2020.
