Hiya - Box 16 should be the same as in Box 1 on both W2s. Basically it is the income you earned in 2019. Hopefully, each W2 identifies a different state. When it comes time to do your state taxes, that's where you should be able to break out the different earnings, etc.
the proper procedure is for the 1st w-2 to show all federal wages and the wages for each state on a separate lines
alternatives i've seen
one w-2's shows gross federal wages and 1 state's wages
a second w-2 showing only the other state's wages
or
one w-2 showing federal and state wages for one state and
a second w-2 showing federal and state wages for the other state
the second option is a problem with TT since it does allow 1 taxpayer to have 2 w-2's from same employer
only you know what you got paid in total and for each state so check out the numbers.
