Turbotax shows a refund for my MD return for $1,832,339 - Grossly overinflated. I paid for the product. How do I see the return to find the error without filing? My federal return is fine, so it is an import/calculation error by Turbotax.

Probably from the state withholding on a W2 or 1099R. You typed the decimal point in the wrong place or left it out or typed it as a comma.
Click on Add a State to let you back into your return.
To check your W2 just type w2 (small W) in the search box at the top of your return and click on Jump To the W2
Federal on left
Wages & Income you should see your W2 listed at the top
Or scroll down to Wages and Salaries- Click the Start or Revisit button
You should get a box listing all your W2s.
Then click Edit by your W2 to double check it or change it
If you click on "FORMS" in the top right hand corner, you can pull up any of them. The state forms for me (SC) are at the bottom. Another way would be to simply print the tax return. You can print anything or everything to hunt the error.
Last year I had a similar situation when I rolled a 401k into an IRA. It showed up on a 1099R and if you didn't answer all the questions correctly, it flowed into income.
Good luck
