When reviewing this, keep in mind that I applied my WI tax refund from 2023 taxes toward the estimated taxes owed in 2024. It was a minor amount, but the routine for adding this to the total taxes withheld/paid for 2024 might have caused it. But maybe something else...
Upon reviewing the diagnostic file you provided, the issue is not with your W-2s , it's with your 1099-Rs. On your entries for your 1099-Rs under State Information, you have entered the total gross distribution in box 14, for State Tax Withheld. That figure belongs in Box 16, State Distribution Amount. You did that for two of the 1099-Rs, but in one, your largest distribution, it looks like you correctly entered actual withholding.
Your WI 2024 estimated tax applied from your 2023 return appears to be accurate.
Check over your entries in that interview section carefully, make the appropriate changes, and you will arrive at an accurate result.
