Once again Turbo Home&Biz has me going in circles trying to interpret their instructions for problem solving!
This happens over and over again (five years worth) and I can only assume their lack of response has to do with the fact that this software is still the best bang for the buck and they can get away with it.
I would advise anyone working on a Mac to avoid Turbo if you've got any other options. Their 'help' pages seem to only address issues for the PC side without giving the Mac user any indication their 'help' is not going to make sense if you're on a Mac.
Every year I end up angry and looking for an alternative! If you've got one, please reply. Thanks.
@kwieder You have lots of complaints but have not actually described your problem or asked a specific question. If you could ask us specific questions here in the user form we could very likely help you. There are no other questions in the forum under your username kwieder, though, so not sure what you have done to seek help.
