It looks like the availability of Form 8938 was pushed back to 2/25/2021. This might be what is creating my problem: https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_online_individual.html
This is a little frustrating as I was initially told to file after 2/18, and I was lucky to catch that the form had not been included in my return. Otherwise I would have filed without realizing that the form was missing.
Tried again this morning with the online version, Form 8938 is still not showing in my tax return. I don't understand as I have been using the online version since 2017 and it's always worked for me in the past.
Tried to download the Mac version to realize that this won't work on my iMac (requires Mac OS 10.14 at minimum). The Windows version is not compatible with Windows 7 anymore, so I can't install that either. This is ridiculous!!!

Please switch to the download version, and it will work. The form did not work for me on the 2019 tax return, so I switch to the download version this year instead.
Thanks for the advice. I have read elsewhere that it is the only solution indeed. This is odd as I was able to file online last year, including form 8938. Now I need to find a computer with Windows 10 to be able to install the desktop version.
I did request the refund also, both for the online and Mac version. I hope that won’t be a problem.
I have the same problem, i.e. TT Premier 2021 Online does not save Form 8938 that I already completed.
The TT rep I talked to cannot provide a download copy of TT.
This same problem was reported by several users of the TT Online version in 2020 and 2021. The TT rep told me that this problem is being investigated by TT going back 4 weeks ago.
Can TT advise the status of this investigation and when can this problem be fixed?
