For Sales Not Reported ("E"): TT's request is to forward the 1099-B with Form 8453.
But to confirm submitting the 8949 in lieu of the 1099-B suffices irrespective of TT's request?
Thank you

Yes, if the Form 8949 has each transaction listed. If you have, or will e-filed your return and chose not to report each transaction on a separate row (i.e. you reported summary totals) on the electronic return, you must attach Form 8949 to Form 8453 and mail the forms to the IRS. Or you can attach one or more statements containing all the same information as Form 8949, instead of attaching Form 8949, if the statements are in a format similar to Form 8949. If you are mailing Form 8949, it must have each transaction listed. If your 8949 does not have each transaction listed, you have to send the Form 1099-B, or a statement with all of the transaction information.
Thank you for your prompt response.
Yes - the 8949 is not detailed but in Summary form - so the full 1099-B is therefore required providing the detail of each sale.
The 1099-B lists ALL sales including "A" and "D" together "E" - so the IRS will see these as well, even though these are not required as they have been reported by the Financial Institution to the IRS.
The 8949 will also have two pages for all sales.
Correct for all these steps?
Much appreciated.
since you summarized Box E you only have to submit the consolidate 1099-B page(s) detailing those Box E transactions you did not list in detail.
Note: if you do this you are stipulated that all the basis information under that Box E category is correct.
Box A and D do not have to be detailed when there is noadjustment col(g)
