I have no idea how you managed that feat, @vxh, since all of the returns I created in my copy of TurboTax Business (albeit they're test returns) are showing that the "forms will be available soon", DO NOT FILE is printed on the forms, and none of the returns will proceed past the error check in the program.
There must be a plausible explanation for this.
The link someone posted above showed that all three of the items we were both waiting for are available now (the date previously said Jan 20). I'm thinking (and hoping) that the issue is with your return and not with mine. I'm feeling pretty good since they weren't just transmitted, they were also accepted by the IRS. Like I said, when I opened TT on Friday, it automatically updated. It's strange you didn't get that update and that no updates are available. Since it sounds like you're working on multiple returns (I just had one), maybe you have some sort of caching issue or an instance didn't shut down properly. May be worth a reboot just to start clean since you know there's at least one person out there (me) for whom the updates applied already, per the official schedule. Good luck.
Trust me, there is no caching issue nor does a reboot do anything whatsoever. I have had copies of TurboTax Business installed on various machines for over 12 years and have created hundreds of test copies of returns without major issues.
There is something else happening if your 1120-S actually was accepted and all of your 2022 forms show that they are ready for e-filing. This could be some sort of limited roll-out where updates are not released uniformly across the country (I doubt this is the case but it is a possibility).
Regardless, hopefully your return went through as is indicated and there will be no further issues. One question I have is whether you checked Forms Mode to see if any of the forms had DO NOT FILE printed on them.
I just efiled an S corp business return to the IRS and it is in pending status which means that the efile has successfully gone through.
I just checked. No *do not file* in forms mode. Nor was this written in the pdf, which I reviewed before filing. And again, this link actually says the 3 forms you're waiting for are available:
OK, this is a very weird situation.
I was seeing the same DO NOT FILE and FORMS AVAILABLE SOON on two different machines. I wound up. on a whim, uninstalling and reinstalling TurboTax Business on both machines and now the forms appear as ready to file (and that's in all of my test returns, again on both machines).
Clearly, something strange is happening because my installs are not atypical. So, @AbrahamT, perhaps you can report this anomaly.
I don't know which particular business form you are referring to but check out was I just did about twenty minutes ago
Yeah, I understand, @AbrahamT, and it's ALL forms that read DO NOT FILE.
However, I had to do a complete uninstall and reinstall on TWO different machines in order to get the DO NOT FILE printing to disappear. After a reinstall, all of my test returns appear normally and are ready to file.
The point is the uninstall and reinstall should NOT have been necessary.
I have some news for you. This morning I couldn't find any of my states installed when I opened up my TTDHome and Business version 2022 although I followed all the steps correctly when I initially installed the program. Nonetheless, I uninstalled the initial installation and reinstalled it again following all the steps and lo and behold, the NYS finally appears. Sometimes, you just have to go through the installation again to get best results.

Thank you for the input, @AbrahamT. I actually reported this a few hours ago to an Admin and I agree with you.
However, having to go through the installation process again indicates there is a bug in the software (or there are update issues) and doing so should not be necessary in order to have forms appear (or appear correctly).
Hopefully, the developers will be able to troubleshoot and rectify whatever is causing this issue.
I totally agree with you.
I'm trying to finish my state forms. Ct- Dependent and and CT-1040 say they are not ready in the program but I got an email several days ago that they are. What do I do?
Please run the state install/loop steps here. This may help clear the issue in your program and allow the updates to install so you can file your state return.
