For ymca summer camp do I put the physical address where he went to camp or the billing address? Also I have a EIN so its not tax exempt correct?

Yes, you may enter the physical address and yes, you may take the Child and Dependent Care credit, if you qualify.

The YMCA's tax filing status (non-profit) does not affect your ability to get credits on your income tax return.
