The error message is:

S Corporation Information Worksheet: S Corp Name  This return can not be filed electronically with the PDF's attached as type "Other"

S Corp Name: Computer I/O Service, Inc

I backed up and re-attached my scanned signature page - all went thru okay now.  Don't know if the software update it loaded today fixed it or not.
