Fee for filing

We just completed our TurboTax filing off the Turbitax app on our iPad and we understand if we filed prior to Feb 28, 2026 and had not used TurboTax previously we would not have a charge, but the filing required a credit card and charge of $125

why?

Fee for filing

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
