I tried twice to efile and the IRS rejects these because my AGI doesn't match their records. I file jointly and my wife's AGI which is the same as mine doesn't show in error so I elected to file by mail. Turbo Tax still prints an 8453with most of the information blank and the electronic postmark showing rejected. Do these really need to be included with the mail in copy since I am not going to try and efile again?

you don't mail 8453 with your tax return.
If TurboTax instructed you to mail something i.e. details of stock SELL transactions, attach it when you mail.
Thanks for the reply.
That's just the thing Turbo Tax printed the 8453 but provided no instructions since I'm filing by mail now and the 8453 has to do with efiling. It seems to me it shouldn't have been printed.
