This is the same reject code I am getting. And when I try to follow the instructions in the e mail to fix it, I get to the part to revise it but it does not let me. I called and they said I have to wait until after feb 26. Not sure if that is right. It seems the form is ready because at first I had to wait for the form. Then a week ago I got the form but I think I didn’t fill it out or click anything, I do t know. Then it was rejected but I am not able to revise it. Anyone else having this problem?
I got this message, too. First, TurboTax wanted to bill me $80.00 again. Then, when I went through the "edits" to make the corrections nothing was changed and it stated my state taxes could be submitted again. The rejection for the state was difficult to revise because TurboTax does not have the numbers on the questions as they appear on the tax form. After researching this code on the internet, I still am unsure of how to fix it. I have used TurboTax for the last three years, however, this will be the last year. The price continues to go up each year and the service is not as efficient as it used to be.
I'm having the exact issue. I went over my State Tax return again and could not find any error. I'm not sure if this is just simply a software issue and would be resolved after a software update or we have to start the whole thing over and pay again to file State Tax...

When I login in to my TurboTax account and click Fix my return, it says this, "You've visited all the reject errors on your California return. When I haven't fixed anything.
Most likely a software update. If you filled online, it will automatically update. I didn't have to fix anything and I will get a message, that all errors were corrected. that I was able to refilled again.
So I refiled last night and woke up this morning that state refund got accept it. TurboTax had to update their system and I didn't had to fix anything. It did it manually. When you go to fix my refund , you will get a check mark and a message that all errors have been fix. Got ahead refiled and you should be good to go.
I am getting the same rejection. and I've tried multiple times to reapply and I still get rejected. I don't understand whats going on.
If you received an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com, it'll give you a brief explanation of your rejection and how to update it. You can also do this:
Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Fix my return to see your reject code and explanation.
Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the info causing the reject.
Select File in the left-hand menu to refile your return, either e-file or file by mail.
Note: Not all rejections have explicit instructions to fix them. If you aren't guided to a solution, search for the item causing your rejection and go to that section. You might also be able to find your rejection in the below list of common IRS rejects.
