I get this error message during loading the 2022 Deluxe version. How do I resolve it? I don't use Window Live Mail.

Prior to your response I attempted a number of solutions. I tried resolving the issue through Window Live, I rebooted my system, I downloaded the file from Turbo in addition from the CD. Nothing worked. Eight hours later I attempted to load again, and it worked....no rational reason but it worked. The issue is resolved for me at least.
